IRIT – Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse

The Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse (IRIT), one of the largest Joint Research Units (UMR 5505) at the national level, is a key pillar of research in the Occitanie region, with its 600 members, both permanent and non-permanent, and around a hundred external collaborators. Due to its multi-supervisory structure (CNRS, Toulouse universities), its scientific impact, and its interactions with other fields, the laboratory is one of the structuring forces in the landscape of computer science and its applications in the digital world, both regionally and nationally.

Inria – Mission Défense et Sécurité

Inria Defense and Security was established in March 2020 as part of Inria’s Objectives and Performance Contract (COP) for the 2019-2023 period.

With the aim of becoming the digital reference for the defense and security sector, Inria Defense and Security serves as the institute’s institutional entry point for addressing the needs of the Ministry of the Armed Forces. The mission enables the implementation of research initiatives tailored to the ministry’s specific requirements while facilitating the development of disruptive technologies for national defense.

Service Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours de Haute Garonne (SDIS 31)

Each Service Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours (SDIS) is responsible for risk analysis and the implementation of emergency response resources. It oversees the operations of all firefighter stations within the department. The SDIS is governed by an administrative board composed of elected representatives from the department, municipalities, and intermunicipal structures, which defines the SDIS’s general policy. Through deliberations, it manages matters related to the administration of the institution, such as budget, personnel management, and the construction or renovation of fire and rescue centers.

AnthroPi

AnthroPi is a Digital Services Company (ESN) that offers simulation services for all types of call centers.

Since its creation in 2017, AnthroPi has continuously evolved to meet the needs of call takers and, consequently, those of callers. The most advanced form of learning is simulation.
